The Outline documents the course objectives, the motivation behind it, the deliverables, the audience profile, the principal learning points, the estimated duration, and an overview of the topics covered. Once you are comfortable with the outline, we will create a detailed specification.
The Specification adds the following: the complete list of modules covered under each topic, the delegate preparation and follow up procedures, and any expected issues and suggestions to overcome them.
