The comprehensive course manual is designed to appeal to all learning styles. The travel pack is filled with useful checklists and tools.

The flexibility of our education offering means that we can build everything to meet your needs, from a one-off course to a complex programme.

We run the majority of our sessions in-house, tailored to our clients' requirements, although we also have our own programme of public courses throughout the year.

Here is an example to illustrate the content and audience profile of an Education programme. This was designed for a client who was centralising his Supply Chain Management and was implementing the corresponding planning processes:

Awareness: a series of half day courses on the principles of Supply Chain Planning, attended by a cross-functional audience (finance, sales, etc.), to broadcast the new 'Supply Chain Thinking'

Basics: a series of two day courses on the principles and Best Practice techniques of Supply Chain Planning, attended by Supply Chain practitioners, to bring everyone to a common level of understanding.

Specialist: a series of one and two day courses and workshops on specific topics such as Sales Forecasting, Production Planning and Sales & Operations Planning. They featured assignments and were attended by the personnel relevant to the topic (e.g Demand Planners).
