What is it?
We have created this Toolkit because we wanted to show how enthusiastic we are about improvements in the Planning and Management of Supply Chains. We know, because we see it all the time, that there are some simple steps that businesses can take and see immediate results. The Toolkit features some golden rules, hints & tips, food for thought and advice from our client companies who have applied these techniques and been through the change.
But most of all, we have made the Toolkit clear and simple, so that you can try and apply the ideas yourself, without delay. First steps, first results!
